Book in and have your own 1 on 1 appointment with our Chicco Expert giving you personalised advice and recommendations to suit you, your baby and your lifestyle and take the mystery out of what you do and don't need for your baby.
Plus every Chicco Baby Concierge appointment receives a free gift bag with over $50 worth of samples for you to try!!
All Chicco Baby Concierge Services are held during the Pregnancy, Babies & Children's Expos in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth. Please note that you will need to register for a ticket to your local Pregnancy, Babies & Children's Expo to be able to attend your Chicco Baby Concierge appointment.

Is there any charge for the Chicco Baby Concierge Service?
No! There is absolutely no charge to attend the Chicco Baby Concierge Service. We offer this service as an easy way to learn more about the products currently on offer for you and your baby. We give advice and information on our products, what they do and tips to help get your parenting journey off to its best start.
Am I expected to buy something?
No, not at all. We just give you a bit of background information so that you can feel empowered to make confident decisions on what you need and don’t need moving forward.
Who am I meeting?
Your 1 on 1 appointment is with one of our dedicated Chicco experts. We have in depth knowledge about the Chicco range and tailor the your appointment to areas that you are interested in. While we love everything Chicco, your Chicco expert is not a substitute for talking to a healthcare professional if you have health concerns and cannot give you medical advice.
So what does a concierge appointment usually look like?
So to start, we get to know you, and what you are interested in. Then we tailor your appointment to discussing products that can help you in your parenting journey and answering any questions you may have. At the end of the appointment, you will receive your gift bag which will include over $50 worth of samples for you to try all free of charge.
How long does a concierge appointment go for?
We allow 15 min for you concierge appointment but if you still have more questions, we will stay with you until you are totally comfortable.
